Health Care
Health care services administrators lead and manage hospitals, clinics, health maintenance organizations, physician group practices, health care agencies, and the military health care system. They work with national, state, and local governments to determine and execute health care policies and procedures. There are three types of health care services administrators with educational programs in the State of Texas: health systems/health services administrators, extended care facilities/long term health care administrators, and rehabilitation services administrators.
